  • Unsalted peanuts- half cup
  • Chickpea flour- 6 teaspoons
  • Rice flour- 3 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
  • Hing- 1/4 hing
  • Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala- half teaspoon
  • Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
  • Oil- 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  • Take a medium-size bowl, then add rice flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, chat masala, and salt as per your taste. Mix them well and put them aside. You will need it later.
  • Next, in another bowl, add peanuts and lemon juice. Mix it well.
  • Then in the bowl of peanuts, add the mixture of spices you just prepared. Mix it well. You can use a spoon or hands to mix.
  • Add one teaspoon oil and give it a mix. Ensure the each peanut is coated with the masala.
  • Take a microwave bowl and grease the bottom of the bowl with oil. Put the peanuts on the bowl place them in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • After one minute, stir peanuts and microwave for another one minute.
  • Let the peanuts masala cool.
  • After it cools, you can serve it.

 Recipe 2: Peanuts Masala

The first recipe needs a microwave to prepare peanuts masala. If you don’t have a microwave in your kitchen, you can try this recipe. Following this recipe requires about 12 minutes to prepare peanuts masala. Also, you will not need many ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Peanuts- 2 cups
  • Finely chopped onions- half cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves- half cup
  • Red chili powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice- one tablespoon
  • Salt

Instructions:

  • You have to dry roast the peanuts, so you will need a non-stick pan. Heat the non-stick pan in medium flame.
  • After the pan is hot, add peanuts to the pan, then dry roast it. Make sure, you don’t have to burn the peanuts, so keep stirring. Let it cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped onions and give it a stir. Allow it to cook for a minute.
  • Then add chili powder and salt as per your taste. Again stir it.
  • After than, you need to add finely coriander leaves and lemon juice. Stir it for few seconds and turn off the stove.
  • Transfer it to the place, and it’s ready to be served.

Recipe 3: Peanuts Masala

This peanuts masala recipe is spicy and crunchy. This recipe is quite similar to recipe number one, but this recipe uses few more ingredients than the previous recipe. Also, the cooking method is different from recipe number one. Just masalas being used is a bit similar.

 Ingredients:

  • Peanuts- 2 cups
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 3 teaspoons
  • Green chili paste- 2 teaspoons
  • Hing- half teaspoon
  • Red chili powder- 1 or 2 teaspoons
  • Chickpea flour – 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Chat masala – 3 teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Baking soda- few pinches
  • Salt

Instructions:

  • The first step is to mix all the masalas. You will need a medium-sized bowl. Then add ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, hing, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chickpea flour, cornflour, and rice flour.
  • In the bowl, add water. You need to prepare the thick batter, so ensure that you don’t put a lot of water. Mix it very well using a spoon.
  • Then add baking soda, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, chat masala, and salt as per your taste. Mix it well.
  • In the bowl, add peanuts, then coat each peanut with batter.
  • Now you need to deep fry the peanuts, so in a pan, add enough oil to deep fry and heat it in medium flame.
  • Then add peanuts to the oil. Stir it well and fry for few seconds.
  • Transfer it to the kitchen towel to soak oil.
  • It’s ready to be served. Before serving, you can sprinkle it with chat masala.

Recipe 4: Peanuts masala
