Fish cut into thin piece Chili
Ginger Garlic Paste Lemon
Black Pepper Powder

Mustard Seeds Garam Masala

Chopped Tomatoes Coriander Powder
Chopped Ginger Fresh Grated Coconut
Curry leaves Fish Masala Powder

Cooking instructions
1. Marinate the fish
First choose the fish which you would like to cook. Clean off its scales and vitals organs and wash with clean water. Cut the fish in thin slices and place it in a large bowl.
Add dry spices like turmeric powder, black pepper, century fish masala and red chili powder on the fish. Now put the ginger garlic paste, salt, and squeeze a lemon on the fish. Mix the spices well and coat on the fish evenly.
Marinating the fish
Allow this marinated spice to stand for 30 to 60 mins and set it aside.
2. Make the coconut paste and tamarind mixture
Grate the coconut in advance and place it on a bowl. Now add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, coriander powder and garam masala to the grated coconut.
Mix the ingredients well and put it on a food processor. Grind the mixture well to make a smooth paste. Add water if the mixture is too thick. After making the paste put it aside.
Similarly, in a separate bowl soak few pieces of tamarind in lukewarm water for 10 to 15 mins. After soaking, squeeze the tamarind extract and discard the tamarind remaining. Put the tamarind mixture aside.
3. Fry the fish
After marination, the fish must be fried separately before coating it with the fish masala gravy. For frying, take a pan and heat oil in the large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Now put the slices of fish individually I the hot oil. Shallow fry the fish until both sides are evenly cooked.
The fried fish looks brownish and take it out of the oil and pat dry. If you have a larger quantity, then it is better to fry the fish in batches.
4. Prepare the fish masala
For preparing the fish masala, take a separate pan and put it over medium to high heat and add some vegetable oil. Add mustard seeds and mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Now add sliced onion, green chilies, and curry leaves.
Sauté the added ingredients for 3 to 5 mins until the onion becomes translucent. Keep on stirring the mixture constantly to avoid burning. After this add coconut paste that you have prepared earlier and mix well. Cook the paste for some time and then add sliced tomatoes.
Cook this mixture until tomatoes become soft and mushy. Then add the tamarind mixture and season the masala with salt as per to taste. Stir and mix the ingredients well and add water and bring it to boil. Simmer the mixture for few minutes. Get payday loans.
5. Mix the fish with its masala and serve
After the masala is prepared, add the fried fish, and mix well. Cover the pan with tis lid and allow the fish masala to cook for 10 mins allowing the fish to cook thoroughly with spices.
Take the pan off from the heat and place the fish masala on serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander and green chilly slices.
